I am comfortable working with graphite and pastels as well as oils. My oil paintings are generally priced according to size. A 30” x 40” painting, for example, is priced around $850 depending on the complexity of the picture.
For a more accurate price please send a photograph and indicate the size of the canvas you desire. A sample picture can be e-mailed to dfio2@cox.net or mailed via USPS to 947 E. Grandview Road, Phoenix, AZ 85022.
If you wish, I can tastefully incorporate the ashes of your loved one into the oil painting. The ashes will be handled with care and respect. A small sample, about the size of a teaspoon, is needed. You can indicate where in the picture you want the ashes placed.
Please allow two months for completion. The fees do not include the cost of shipping.
TERMS
One half of the fee is required before work begins with the remainder
due upon completion. Payment can be made with a personal check or money
order. You will be sent a proof, either a color print or a digital
image, of the completed work. The picture will be shipped after I
receive your approval.
